- Ambient temperature is too high: Check the ambient temperature. If it is too high, take measures to lower it, such as installing air conditioning or fans for forced cooling.
- Heat sink overheating: Check for short circuits between the controllers; check whether the temperature sensor circuit is functioning properly; check whether the inverter cooling fan is operating properly; check the heat sink ventilation and whether the heat sink is blocked; and check whether the ambient temperature is too high.
- Adjust the V/F curve: If the V/F curve setting is inappropriate, readjust the V/F curve.
- Check whether the fan is operating properly: If the fan is faulty, replace the cooling fan.
- Check for dust and debris in ventilation openings and other areas: If the ventilation openings are blocked or there is a heat dissipation problem, remove dust and debris from the ventilation openings and other areas.
- Replace the power element: If the power element is damaged, replace it. Eliminate interference sources: If the driver circuit protection is malfunctioning or the CPU is malfunctioning due to external interference, or if the output protection current is malfunctioning, eliminate ambient interference or other electromagnetic interference.
